Generic recruiting produces generic results. We stay in the lanes where we add real value.
Resolution Recruiting was founded to give companies and candidates a more thoughtful search experience — and we have spent decades earning that reputation across fleet, insurance, and corporate teams.
Founded by industry veterans Maren Rozanski and Preston Armfield, Resolution Recruiting brings a practical, relationship-driven approach to specialized hiring. With more than 50 years of combined recruiting experience — plus the strategic insurance leadership of partner Robin Williams — we have weathered economic cycles, shifting talent markets, and the rise of every recruiting technology in between.
What has stayed constant is our approach: understand the role, understand the market, and run a process that respects everyone involved. We help companies define what they actually need, understand the available market, and move through search decisions with confidence.
For candidates, we believe the process should be clear and respectful. That means real context around the company, the role, compensation, expectations, and why the move may or may not make sense.
No mystery around role expectations, hiring timelines, or feedback. Honest answers, both directions.
Search strategy shaped by where the talent actually sits and what motivates them to move.
Placements matter. Reputation matters more. We are still working with clients and candidates we placed ten years ago.
Recruiting technology can improve reach and organization, but it does not replace the judgment required to understand people, timing, risk, and fit. We use process and tools to support the relationship, not bury it.
That balance is the difference between a list of resumes and a real shortlist of people who will actually take the call, complete the interview, and accept the offer.
Generic recruiting produces generic results. We stay in the lanes where we add real value.
If a search will be hard, we say so. If a candidate is not a fit, we say so. Always with respect.
Clear ownership, clear timelines, clear follow-through. The basics done consistently.
We invest in the relationship, not just the placement. The best work compounds over years.
